We are JWP02 Management Co., Ltd., part of DELSK Group, on the market since 2010. Together with Laya Development we build premium resort projects in Phuket.
International developer
More than 15 years of experience and a long list of completed projects in Thailand and beyond. All construction follows local law and holds official construction permits and building-use control certificates.
JWP02 Management Co., Ltd. is the developer of both phases of the resort on Layan Beach. The project is run jointly with Laya Development: from concept and architecture to finishing and handover.

Two phases on Layan
Phase one is the hotel part of the resort. Phase two is buildings G, H and I: serviced apartments linked by a system of canals, pools and parkland.
The site is surrounded by a mangrove lagoon and green zone, 400 metres from Layan Beach. World-brand resorts and the Laguna golf courses are next door.
